Do you need to visit a Public Service desk to arrange your municipal affairs? Then you have to make an appointment in advance. You can make an appointment online (Dutch only) or call 14 040.
Without an appointment
Would you like to apply for a product or use a service at the town hall without an appointment? This will be possible in 2024 on Thursday mornings between 9.00 and 11.00. This way, every Veldhoven resident can make use of our services, even those who do not manage to make an appointment. Working without an appointment is only possible for the following products/services:

Bear in mind that you will have to wait longer, as there are usually other people waiting for you. The waiting time can be as long as 30 to 90 minutes. Is another time more convenient? Or do you want to avoid waiting on the spot? Then make an appointment.
